To celebrate its 25th anniversary, HealthPath presents a special Community Connections funding opportunity. Organizations may apply for grants of up to $25,000 to support initiatives that advance health equity by ensuring Ohioans have access to essential resources for optimal health. By offering general operating support grants, HealthPath aims to enable organizations to allocate resources where they are most needed, fostering innovation, impact, and sustainable systems change that promotes health equity in Ohio's communities. Through this grant opportunity, HealthPath expects to award up to $250,000 in total funding. The deadline for applications is March 14th at 11:59 p.m.
